Community Day Support Staff
Help neighbors take part in local life, from volunteer shifts and classes to the everyday places they already love.
Job Coach
Support people at work with training, coaching, and steady communication with employers across East Tennessee.
Residential Support Staff
Provide overnight and around the clock support in a home setting, with a focus on privacy, choice, and safety.

You complete onboarding and safety certification before you ever work a shift alone, and development continues through the year.
Schedules built around people
We match staff and members carefully, then protect consistency for both. Full time, part time, and weekend shifts are available.
Leadership you can reach
The office answers. If something is not working on a shift, you can say so and get an answer the same week.
What to expect when you call

- 2. We share the openings that fit and answer questions about pay, hours, and training.
